Delivery/Returns

U.K. Delivery

UK Standard and Express Delivery services are sent via Royal Mail Track & Signed. Orders placed using standard delivery are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders placed with Express are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.

If you are out when the parcel arrives at your specified address, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour – or the postman will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel.

International Delivery

All of international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Delivery times can vary between countries, though delivery should be made within 12 working days. 

Please note that orders may be subject to import tax and duty. Unfortunately we cannot estimate nor advise what these fees might be as they can vary between countries and often fluctuate. If you need any advice on import duty or tax, you must contact your local authority. Following Brexit, this is now also the case for EU countries.


Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your order you can return for an exchange or refund within 28 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also have all tags attached.

Please note all items are checked before shipping and on return.

To complete your return, fill out the enclosed returns form that came with your product and send to the address provided:


Refunds/Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you have chosen the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blushingviolet@yahoo.com and send your item to: 51E Forkhill Road Newry GB BT35 8QY.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 51E Forkhill Road Newry GB BT35 8QY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
